Creating a Podcast Episode
Behind the Scenes
As the ALLIC develops, I am looking forward to developing my ALLIC team. I'm new to podcasting and currently working on my own, which means doing everything (and learning everything) from web-design to: technical settings, drafting themes, identifying and inviting guests, hosting the episode, recording, track editing, and producing, and marketing and distribution. As much as possible, I use participatory approaches , co-designing the interviews with the participants, and giving them the opportunity to choose their voicing and actioning statements for the cards from each episode.
